It is necessary to select a suitable posture which help female partner achieve orgasm by means of clitoris and penis shaft contact. Missionary position (men on top) is best for having sex as it has some advantages for both but orgasm point of view it is not suitable position because in this position her clitoris does not get rubbed or stimulated with the penis or genital areas. It is advised to try reverse position (woman on top) which is the best posture for female partner to achieve climax faster. Being on top she will have full control of her clit and her movements of the vagina. She can rub her clit on the penis as she likes. Her movements would be forward and backward to get her clit stimulated maximum. Thus she will reach to climax faster like masturbation. This is the only posture where the clitoris comes into direct contact with the penis shaft. In this posture the females can enjoy sex to a greater height. Only thing male partner has to delay his climax till her orgasm. Generally when the female partner is active, the male partner turns on to the max and as a result reaches to climax early. This can be delayed to some extend by diverting his mind from the act or concentrating his mind elsewhere (say counting reverse from 100 to 1). When you feel that she is approaching to her orgasm, you then start stroking upward for ejaculation so that both can reach to climax simultaneously.
After orgasm she may be exhausted and she may rest her body on your chest, without decoupling the penis. Since you were in passive mode, allow her to take rest on you for a while and you should show your love to her by caressing, kissing, and arranging her hairs etc.

Advantages :
Unlike in the missionary position, in this position the female partner has the active role while the male partner has the passive role.
As before, the key is that the woman has control of the thrusting and can position herself to rub her clitoris against the shaft of the penis more effectively.
Penetration is quite deep, and the female partner can control the orgasm intensity and depth of penetration. Genital stimulation may not be very intense but can be provided periodical thrust against the female partner’s genitals.
