The woman is on all-fours, taking her weight on her forearms. The man kneels behind her, and enters her from behind, controlling the movement with his hips. This classic position will give both partners a great deal of pleasure, as the deep penetration will not only stimulate the vaginal walls, but also the G spot. The Dog will appeal to men who like to take the dominant role during sex and to women who like deep penetration and a high level of stimulation. However, some women may feel demeaned by the submissive role, or may feel pain, in which case there are plenty more positions to chose from!
Kamasutra described this posture as below :
When a woman stands on her hands and feet like a quadruped, and her lover mounts her like a bull, it is called the `congress of a cow’. At this time everything that is ordinarily done on the bosom should be done on the back.

Oral sex consists of all sexual activities that involve the use of the mouth and tongue to stimulate genitalia
There are some reasons to practice Oral sex by the heterosexual (male–female) couple but it is commonly practiced for pleasure or as foreplay. Many women who are anorgasmic can only achieve orgasm through oral sex, and so they often prefer it instead of or in addition to sexual intercourse.
Oral sex is practiced in both heterosexual (male –female) and homosexual (same sex) relationships. In male-female relationships, oral sex can be a temporary measure of contraception, and may be opted as an alternative to intercourse for this reason. It is said by experts that oral sex is not an effective methods of preventing sexually transmitted diseases (STDs).
If a couple is uncomfortable with intercourse during menstruation, they may engage in fellatio. If a couple is uncomfortable or unable to perform intercourse during pregnancy, they may engage in oral sex.
Cunnilingus and Fellatio are two common oral sex involving a woman and man’s genitals (as shown in the above pictures). In these cases one partner remains passive but “69” posture is the best way of Oral Sex performed by both partners for simultaneous pleasure of Oral Sex. In Kama Sutra it is called “Congress of the crow”.
Partners lie with their heads at opposite ends of the bed, on their sides (or women over male). The taller partner has to curl up a bit so that each partner’s mouth is lined up with the other’s genitals and vice versa. The most sensitive part of the penis is under the rim of the head. Running female partners tongue under there is sure to please him and so the female partner is pleased when his tongue moves over her clit. Both are leaking each others most sensitive parts of the sexual organs and enjoying the pleasure. This generates pleasures to greater heights emanating moaning sound from both the partners. This way both will reach to extreme leading to climax. At extreme point, she may cry with pleasure before orgasm.

Coital Alignment Technique (CAT ) Posture :
The CAT position is a variant of the missionary position designed to maximize clitoral stimulation during coitus. This is achieved by combining the “riding high” variation of the missionary position with pressure-counter pressure movements performed by each partner in rhythm with coitus. The penetrating partner lies above the receiving partner as in the missionary position, but moves upward along her body, so that the base of his penis provides stimulation to her clitoris. The receiving partner may also wrap her legs around his. Sexual movement is focused in the pelvises, without leverage from the arms or legs. The Rocking upward stroke (receiving partner leads) and downward stroke (penetrating partner leads) of sexual movement builds an electric-like charge that partners let develop and peak naturally.
This doesn’t mean that it works for everyone. It may take a bit of practice.

The Kamasutra of Vatsyayana believed to have been written in the 1st to 6th centuries, has a notorious reputation as a sex manual, although only a small part of its text is devoted to sex. Other ancient sex manuals include the lost works of Elephantis; Ananga Ranga, a 12th century collection of Hindu erotic works; and The perfumed Garden, a 16th century Arabic work by Sheikh Nefzaoui.
The Seventh Posture of The Perfumed Garden (Burton’s translation into English) is an unusual position not described in other classical sex manuals. Though it is not described in other sex manuals, but most of the couples make use of this posture due to advantages. The posture goes like this: The female partner lies on her side. The male partner faces her, straddling the female’s lower leg, and lifts the upper leg onto the crook of male’s elbow or onto the shoulder. While both the legs up, vagina is exposed out and male’s member can enter smoothly. In this posture fast and heavy stroking is not possible, that’s why most of the couples make use of this posture during pregnancy..
Couples can discover new postures during their sexual adventures. This posture too is a common one and I believe, most of the couples use it. Though it is not a very satisfying one but many times it is used., especially during pregnancy. Couples while lying side by side, you can communicate each other and engage in foreplay. In fact couple get engaged in this posture while foreplay lying side by side in the bed. While foreplay is on and both are equally aroused, the male partner place his body between her thighs and legs are positioned as said above, and enters her.

Most sex acts are typically performed on a bed or other simple platform or on the floor. As the range of supports available increases, so does the range of positions that are possible. Ordinary furniture can be used for this purpose. For example a study table or dinning table or kitchen platform can be a good platform for performing sexual intercourse. The female partner will be sitting on the edge of the table and the male partner be standing facing each other. The female partner rest her legs on her partner’s shoulder or wraps around his waist. The male partner insert his member into her vagina, adjusting his height. This is a variant of Missionary posture.
Variants of Women on Top
The popular and pro orgasm posture “women on top” are having some variants. These variants may be useful for either vaginal or anal penetration. The following are the variations:
(a) Sitting on surface or Bed : Here the male partner sits on the surface, legs outstretched. The female partner sits on top(on the lap) taking the penis into her vagina and wraps her legs around her partner. This is called ‘pounding on the spot’ in the perfumed garden. Since both the partner is facing each other closely and the upper parts of the body are easily accessible to both the partners thus foreplay or caressing is possible at any point of time.

Sometimes it may happen like this : the female partner wraps her legs around her partner’s waist and holding him by hands around his neck, keeping her head on her partner’s shoulder. These results upper parts of both the bodies held together tightly which may prevent her from pounding the clit but being lower portion of her body, not tightly held and being under her control, she can still stimulate it by moving her waist and hips and enjoy the clitoral stimulations. Stimulation may not be vigorous but slow. The pace of her movement of her clitoris would depend as per the demand of her body (Clitoris) and she can control the same. If the posture prevents her movements there are every possibility to push the male partner and make him flat on the bed or floor and she rides the way “women on top” posture and reaches to the Golden moment of Orgasm.
(b) The male partner sits on a chair. The female partner straddles her partner and sits, facing each other, feet on the floor. This is sometimes known as the lap dance.
( c) The male partner stands, holding the female partner off the ground. The female partner wraps her legs around the male partner’s waist and the female partners’ arms around his neck while male partner holds her thighs or buttocks while penetrating the vagina from the bottom. The female partner takes active part in this by moving her vagina up and down with the support of her legs.

(d) Same as the above posture, but the female partner’s back is pressed against a wall as a frictional support. The male partner takes active part while penetrating the vagina from the bottom. This is called the supported congress in the Kama Sutra.
